Each prospective Buyer is allowed to submit a confidential bid offer on the property to the Seller. Information about the property will be included on this website that the Seller feels is sufficient for a Buyer to decide on whether or not to bid on the property. An end date to the bid process will be set and on that date all bids will be compared. During the bidding window, Seller will then decide if there is a successful bidder and will notify all parties who had submitted bids as to whether or not they were successful. All bidders will have one, and only one, chance to submit a bid. No bid that is below the starting bid price will be considered.
