Before submitting a bid, you will need to acquaint yourself with the rules of this sale. After reading them, it may seem that the process is a little more complicated than you like. However, this sale is meant to be straightforward, and the rules are intended to cut out expensive middlemen who often add an extra burden to the sales process and a lot of hoops that many buyers and sellers go through in real estate transactions. Both Buyer and Seller are expected to be most interested in making sure each is satisfied and comes away knowing that they made a solid and honest deal. This is why, if your bid is accepted, you will deal directly with an owner who has put much time and work into assuring the sales process is up front and transparent.
